The high-quality board from Coolinato offers 2 features in one! On one side, you can cut, chop, or dice food as usual. On the other side of the cutting board, an aluminum core is integrated to speed up the defrosting of frozen foods.

Cutting Board
With the Coolinato cutting board, you can make your kitchen work easier, as the cutting board offers an integrated raw food grater and a knife sharpener. For easy cleaning, all our cutting surfaces are dishwasher safe.

The super juice groove, which runs around the entire cutting surface, helps keep your kitchen cleaner. When cutting foods with a high water or juice content, the escaping liquid is directly caught by the groove. This prevents the juice from reaching your work surface. Additionally, the Coolinato board has sturdy non-slip rubber on all four edges, preventing scratches on your work surface.

Defroster
Often, you only realize you need to defrost food when you're already hungry. Sound familiar? Then the practical defrosting function is just right for you! Thanks to the embedded aluminum, you can defrost food on the defrosting plate up to 60% faster. The surrounding groove and integrated drains ensure that thaw water does not run onto the work surface. The time required to defrost meat, fish, or vegetables depends on the individual thickness and consistency of the food.

a mild soap solution. The product is dishwasher safe.

of food. Follow the specified usage and care instructions.

WARNING!

Please do not cut meat/fish on cutting boards that are otherwise used for vegetables and fruits. When cleaning in the dishwasher, please do not use a glass program or a shortened cycle. The antibacterial protection by Microban refers to the surface of the cutting board and is not a substitute for normal food hygiene in the kitchen. Regular cleaning of the cutting board is recommended.

Keep the item away from direct heat sources, such as stovetops, grills, or

open flames. This item is not suitable for microwave use.
