Please clean the product with warm water and a mild soap solution before first use. The product is not dishwasher safe.

Cutting Surface

For cutting, it is best to use a wooden or plastic board.

Never cut on a plate, metal, or stone! On hard surfaces,

such as marble, granite, or glass, the blades become dull very quickly.

Although these materials are often used as cutting surfaces for hygienic reasons,

they wear down the knives in an undesirable way.

Storage

Always store your knives safely and only in dry places.

The supplied blade guard is used for storage in the drawer.
