Please clean the product with warm water and mild soap before first use. The product is not dishwasher safe.

Never cut on a plate, metal, or stone! On hard surfaces,

they wear down the knives in an undesirable way.

Storage

Always store your knives safely and only in dry places.

The supplied blade guard is used for storage in the drawer.
